Position Description:
Designs and creates models for insight packages, and develops the front-end tools in Flask, Python, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Develops tools to study measurements, analytics and insights to develop and execute business strategy. Creates dashboards to track the performance of initiatives and support the team with analytical solutions. Updates Branch360 with new metrics and navigates the tool to find insights. Uses reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik Sense and Qlik View.
Primary Responsibilities:
Performs systems management and integration functions, improving existing computer systems, and reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
Helps create insights from mining customer data, creates design of experiments, provides measurement read-outs, and explores data to drive strategic decisions.
Designs and creates models for insight packages.
Maintains and enhances existing dashboards.
Provides support and consultation on visualization problems to broader team members.
Analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns.
Tests, maintains, and monitors computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Develops, documents and revises system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Consults with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) designing models for insight packages, and developing the front-end using Flask, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) designing models for insight packages, and developing the front-end using Flask, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") designing and implementing data platforms on premise and in Cloud data management platforms using Snowflake; and performing database design using SAP Power Designer, Python data processing, APIs, and AirFlow.
DE creating dashboards using Tableau or Qlik Sense to track and report the performance of various pilots that are being deployed; and developing use cases and prototypes, and creating wireframes for UX design using Einstein Analytics and Visio, according to Agile/Scrum methodology.
DE designing and developing data marts for performance measurements using relational and dimensional data modeling techniques (star schema and slowly changing dimensions) using SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, or DBeaverEE.
DE designing and implementing digital measurement strategies, reporting, and analytics -- adding or modifying features to improve customer experiences -- to drive business decisions and recommendations using Adobe Analytics, Pendo, Adobe Target, or ContentSquare.
Salary: $142,000.00 - $148,700.00 /year.
