As a Project Contracts Specialist, you will work as part of the team involved in supporting end to end administration processes to ensure effective and efficient processes are applied. You will ensure clear, concise communications with Center of Excellence (COE) and Operational teams, work with Project and Estimating team to review and support booking packages and quality excellence on information, consistent data between Purchase Orders and booking packages, and work within guidelines of Global policies and processes, utilization of a COE and local office support model to maximize productivity. You will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule and report to our Program Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the quality of document being released / received
- Ensure document release to the customer meet the Honeywell requirements
- Establish strong network with other functional key stakeholders in the business (e.g. Operations, Project Management, Finance, Estimating, Legal, etc.) to achieve effective and efficient processes
- Review booking package documents for accuracy and completeness
- Sends acceptance letters and signs purchase orders as needed
- Uploads completed booking packages to gatekeeper repository
- Honeywell Authorized Signatory for signing POs, MPAs + MPA Amendments, SoW agreements
- Ability to focus on delivery of excellent internal customer support and service whilst working under diverse pressures
- Demonstrate an ability to understand internal customer requirements and priorities to make the right business decisions
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of internal customers across North America Region
- Perform any other reasonable tasks aimed at improving quality and service delivery within the Company

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional levels of service
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a role working with Contracts
