Full Job Description

Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17

The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $26.68.

Join our amazing Seniors Activities team to deliver programs for adults ages 50+! The Program Lead will oversee a variety of programs for seniors 50+ which may include supervising the “Senior Hub” room, leading coffee meetups, overseeing setup of dances, and more programs. Programs occur at all of the four Parks Tacoma community centers (Eastside Community Center, People’s Community Center, Star Center, Center at Norpoint). This position will be responsible for maintaining the room, managing activities, promoting programs, and welcoming and engaging with participants. The program serves as a safe, healthy place for senior adults ages 50+ to play, learn, and grow.

Position Information

Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
