Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $100,642.03 yearly.
To allow for growth and salary progression the full salary range is $100,642.03 - $137,778.89 annually. Employees will have the opportunity to move through the posted range based on annual performance reviews and merit increases.

Position Information
Under the direction of the Chief Financial and Administration Officer, the Payroll Supervisor is responsible for supervising and overseeing payroll operations district-wide and performs expert level strategic leadership in planning, preparing and disbursing payroll for Parks employees. The incumbent supervises a team of payroll staff in delivering payroll accurately and effectively and recommends and implements payroll policies and procedures to meet the district’s responsibilities with respect to labor agreements, labor laws, payroll tax administration and system updates.

The incumbent works closely and collaboratively with all district staff, divisions and external stakeholders in carrying out the section’s duties.
