Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Ready to make aboldimpact? Here's the qualifications we are looking for:

• The associate will be required to work efficiently and effectively on all NGRT/Assembly production lines and automation while maintaining high quality standards.

• Other requirements include attention to detail and aesthetics, filling out hour x hour reports, and working closely with others in the department to ensure quick and timely completion of orders.

• Must learn all NGRT production lines, including automation for skill level increases.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery

Key Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
  
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
  
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
  
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
  
• Reliable attendance and work performance
  
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
