CAM ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review/Process CAM Invoice received via e-mail or mail.
* Update/upload Monthly (APDI) payments
* Update/upload Monthly (ADI) accruals
* Create Journal entries to correct/clear account balances
* Review/Resolve Service Now Cases assigned to them
* Review/Process Checks that need to be deposited
* Assist Field Representatives/Franchisees with CAM Related Questions
* Answer Landlord questions via E-mail
* Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues
* Assist Team Lead/Supervisor/Manager with CAM related requests
* Follow processes in place for the above responsibilities
