Salary range is:
$152,833.00 - $210,000.00This position is equity and bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated lawyer that will review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements in support of CCC’s growth as a global SaaS provider, including primarily SaaS (software-as-a-service) customer facing agreements on behalf of CCC’s newly acquired company, EvolutionIQ. You will leverage good judgement and a strong business sense in advising stakeholders on legal and business risks and mitigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and constructively negotiate commercial agreements with customers, company partners, and other third parties.
- Analyze legal risk with attention to detail while creatively overcoming obstacles.
- Communicate on and draft complex issues by simplifying them in plain English.
- Provide practical legal guidance in a timely manner to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to handling a range of legal matters by supporting other members of the legal department on an as-needed basis.
- Keep current on relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations, notably in SaaS and AI.
- Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm or in-house experience at a technology company.
- Strong editing, writing, and negotiating skills.
- Experience advising clients on SaaS and AI products/services and licensing agreements.
- Bar admission in good standing (or registered in-house counsel status with a state bar).
- Strong interpersonal skills and collegial attitude, a collaborative team player who cherishes working with others.
- High level of comfort with technology.
