Our well-known industrial client builds and maintains regulated energy delivery infrastructure to provide safe, reliable, resilient, and affordable energy that enables an equitable clean energy transition. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with Workfront is a plus, as we use it to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and ensure brand alignment.
  • Create and maintain design templates for consistency across branding materials.
  • Revise designs based on feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5-10+ years) in graphic design, particularly in creating illustrations.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management software is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative skills, specifically marketing email and print collateral layout design, typography, icon development, and infographic illustration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 – $50/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
