Job Description:
1. Experience leading software development teams including both Developers and QA Analysts: 7-10 years2. Experience managing large and complex IT projects leveraging both traditional(waterfall) and modern agile software development practices including creating User Stories, facilitating daily standups etc.: 7-10 years
3. Prior experience in a technical hands-on role including as a Developer or Technical Lead: 5-10 years
4. Experience as a Technical Business Analyst partnering with all key stakeholders to identify relevant business requirements and act as a liaison with the development team to effectively drive implementation and delivery
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills including ability to tailor messaging based on the audience
6. Nice to have: Prior experience and familiarity with VITAs PM processes
7. Nice to have: Project management certifications including PMP, and other relevant technical certifications
