The VP, Digital Marketing collaborates across the organization to develop the vision and strategy for digital priorities to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and client engagement. The leader will oversee an existing team of highly capable digital marketers while continuing to build the team, oversee vendor partnerships, and collaborate across the organization with key contributors. Through a deep understanding of Northmarq’s business strategy, this role has responsibility to design the business case and vision roadmap. It provides direct and indirect leadership and direction to a cross-functional team of marketers, product owners, content specialists, developers and vendors working to create compelling digital experiences.   *This position offers a flexible work environment and is available for an immediate start.     Position Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership across the organization to build the digital vison and prioritize and deploy a strategy roadmap contributing to business priorities and enhancing user engagement.
  • Build analytical and research capabilities to inform digital progress, uncover opportunities, and advocate for impactful digital priorities including the leadership of strategies that enhance audience segmentation, targeting, personalization and attribution.
  • Oversee efforts to design website experiences, build marketing automation engines, and grow and optimize the marketing technology stack to meet the needs of the growing organization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital end-to-end customer experiences that align with our business goals and enhance client engagement.
  • Build lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders to influence enterprise decision making and prioritize business growth contributions.
  • Decide in conjunction with business stakeholders the relative priority of strategic digital priorities and make decisions balancing risk-return considerations.
  • Create and maintain integrated roadmaps and partner with IT, vendors, and other business partners prioritize and deploy strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and external partners and negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.
  • Maintain a pulse on competitor’s positioning and solutions, vendors’ innovations, and industry best practices to deploy thoughtful solutions existing strategies.
  • Oversee training and mentorship of team members to ensure they have the knowledge and acumen to deliver impactful and relevant digital solutions; and remove obstacles to success.
  • Deliver strategic leadership in the evolution of commercial real estate digital solutions and forge partnerships with sales teams to identify digital opportunities to engage clients.
  • Oversee SEO and demand generation processes to ensure top rankings and deliver personalized content across all client journeys.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, change management, use of technology and develops best practices within the team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience creating and optimizing large scale digital experiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership positions in digital experience or digital product roles with a track record of hiring, leading and developing high-performing digital teams.
  • Proven track record driving digital marketing initiatives in B2B organizations; commercial real estate experience is a plus.
  • Experience building digital marketing teams that align with and collaborate across the organization to build digital strategies for organizational goals and growth initiatives.
  • Proven experience in full funnel digital programs, including the ability to analyze, interpret, and optimize data and leverage CRM to enhance client journeys, contribute to sale divisions’ strategies, and build a best-in-class digital experience.
  • Deep expertise digital marketing, including websites, social media, content strategy, email marketing, analytics tools, SEO/SEM and demand generation with demonstrated experience aligning the strategies to organizational goals.
  • Proven experience selecting and integrating marketing technology, tools, and campaigns with sales processes and customer data efforts to drive innovation and business growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and marketing technologies (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to drive data analysis and create informed marketing plans.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams, sales operations functions, and vendor partners to deliver develop, prioritize, and deliver digital goals and strategies.
  • Expertise in building digital experiences and solutions in a B2B setting.
  • Deep experience with relationship-building and consensus-building with skills in telling the digital story and bringing others along in the vision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization balancing long-term strategic objectives with day-to-day execution and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates visionary thinking and expertise in digital strategy to develop, communicate, and gain buy in for a comprehensive roadmap that enhances the entire client digital experience across the business.
  • A proven collaborator with experience building relationships across a variety of departments and teams to deliver digital solutions in partnership with stakeholders across the business (Marketing, IT, Operations, Sales).
  • Demonstrated success establishing innovative strategies in alignment with organizational strategies and business line goals.
  • Expansive knowledge of digital trends and best-in-class solutions.
