UX Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented UX Designer for a 20 hour on-going contract. The candidate should be located in Dallas, Texas or Neenah, Wisconsin and will come into the office one day a week. The candidate will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience across various digital platforms. The UX Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging and effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
