Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) product, which is part of the clinical IT group at our organization.
This role requires strong technical and leadership skills, including owning the software architecture of several applications and developing a technology strategy in collaboration with PM and business. You will report to an engineering lead of our product line based in the US.
Responsibilities:
Leadership
Work closely with PM.
Participate in discovery and take part in a discovery pod.
Manage the engineering teams and oversee the quality of their output.
Mentor and support juniors (usually no more than 1-2).
Development
Select appropriate technology and participate in architecture reviews.
Manage the technical delivery.
Ensure the solution design aligns with enterprise architecture frameworks and principles.
Oversee CI/CD implementation and focus on scalability.
Our tech stack includes Node.js, React + Next.js, Java, AWS, Python, as well as R and Shiny for health economic models creation. It's great if you're proficient in one of them and have a conceptual understanding of others.
Other Requirements include:
Leadership experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience in building products from 0-1 as well as experience with large-scale applications.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient English communication.
