Summary of The Role: The Team Support Coordinator (TSC) will work closely with our Asset Managers to facilitate annual client review meetings, workflow coordination for client onboardings, and maintenance of current client relationships. This role requires client-facing engagement and a strong client-service mindset. The TSC will contribute to liaison efforts between Lenox Asset Management (Sales & Service). All tasks will support front office activities in maintaining annual compliance for client review meetings as well as revenue generation.
Essential Duties and Responsabilities:
- Assist in facilitating and scheduling annual review meetings with existing 400+ client relationships.
- Calendar management of Asset Managers, inclusive of new client pitches, follow-upcalls and more.
- Workflow coordination: Ensuring tasks are appropriately entered to responsible internal party.
- Participation in all LAM Sales team calls, meetings and trainings.
- Closely aligned with department initiatives and AVP, Operations.
- Participating member of large (150 person) market update and training calls.
- Gathering of performance snapshot reports for investment and annuity portfolios upon request.
- Consistently organize and be ready to report on current client engagement statistics.
- Engage with internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- Foundational understanding of wealth management and the insurance industry
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, practices, and competitors
- Basic knowledge of annuity contracts and strategic approaches
- Effective time management with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills and adept at conveying ideas effectively
- Basic grasp of process improvement methodologies

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of broad financial services background preferred
- Client facing communication a plus
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
- FINRA registrations are a plus but not required

The base salary range for this position is $59,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
