We are looking for you to join our team as a Cyber Systems Engineer based out of Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Integration & Test Engineer for a large program, coordinating all test activities across multiple teams in different locations.
• Perform hands-on integration and testing on a cyber platform comprised of several integrated components.
• Synthesizes internal and external customer needs and requirements into system tests that acknowledge technical and schedule constraints.
• Participates in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for verifying system requirements.
• Coordinates integrated testing activities with other external test organizations.
• Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program.
• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive reports.
This position requires full time work onsite at our Annapolis Junction, MD location AND/OR Hanover, MD customer location.
Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Test Systems Engineer:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience, or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 4 years of experience.
• Experience leading test teams and/or programs
• Experience with test automation
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to team members both verbally and in writing.
• Must obtain a Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner certification within 6 months after onboarding
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a member of an Agile Scrum team
• Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Eggplant test automation tool
• Ability to debug complex integrated applications or test setup issues

Salary Range: $151,100 - $226,700
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
