This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of campaign execution, enhancing marketing technology stack capabilities, and driving data integrity and compliance. The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and experienced in managing marketing automation, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Technology & Automation Management- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology tools (CRM, ESPs, CDPs, marketing automation platforms).
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing systems, data platforms, and analytics tools.
- Manage workflows and automation to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Train teams on best practices for leveraging marketing technology.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing performance.
- Campaign Execution & Process Optimization
- Develop and implement standardized campaign execution processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Manage timelines, resources, and workflows for email, push, paid media, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee creative asset development processes, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging standards.
- Coordinate A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Support marketing teams with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks in marketing processes and implement solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the key liaison between marketing, IT, analytics, and product teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Work with creative, content, and digital teams to streamline asset creation and campaign execution.
- Partner with sales and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies supporting digital marketing efforts.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure marketing campaigns comply with data privacy laws and industry regulations.
- Maintain deliverability best practices for email and messaging platforms.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring the team remains innovative and competitive.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Oversee the marketing operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of tools and resources.
- Forecast resource needs and allocate marketing operations staff accordingly.
- Assess the ROI of marketing initiatives and technology investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven track record in optimizing marketing workflows and campaign execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing compliance standards.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
