Sr. AEM Developer

The Team
Our team is responsible for delivery and maintenance of several enterprise microsites which serve as landing zones to the rest of the Fidelity ecosystem. We are looking to overhaul the infrastructure of the microsites into a scalable and repeatable process with the AEM content management system.
The Role
This is an exciting time to join because we can make design decisions that are very impactful. We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn the current application framework and start delivering/contributing value rapidly. In this role you will be interacting with coworkers with a variety of backgrounds. Excellent written and verbal, technical and non-technical communication is a must.
The Expertise You Have and Skills You Bring
- Proven Front End development skills (Vanilla JS, TypeScript, JQuery)
- Strong responsive design and mobile-first development methodology
- Proficiency with Nodejs application development
- Proficiency with web services (REST)
- Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git
- Strong problem-solving capability with excellent team/partnering skills
- Experience with AEM CMS preferred
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular) is preferred
Dynamic Working
At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call "Dynamic Working." Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least two weeks, 5 consecutive days, every two weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
