Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a new platform from the ground up for our SaaS product. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a cutting-edge platform that will enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

Scope of Work

• Assignments are Outcomes/results oriented. Work is reviewed in terms of the organization's objectives and timelines.
• Lead the solution architecture and development of a new platform using Azure, with a strong emphasis on scale. This is a hands-on role where you will write code and define the architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, subject matter experts, and other developers, to define and implement innovative solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platform while maintaining a fast-paced development cycle.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, building a developer culture that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement.
• Define requirements, guidelines, and developer tools for developing new features upon the front-end platform that you will build.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Acts as a technical or functional expert and leverages this expertise across own and related disciplines. Driving business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, Azure, and related technologies.
• Experience with building scalable and high-performance solutions and platforms.
• Strong experience with data-intensive solutions.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as CI/CD pipelines, build utilities, package management, cloud providers, and other solutions commonly used in the .NET and Azure ecosystem.
• Experience using test automation tools such as Katalon, Postman, or similar a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfort working with evolving requirements and frequent changes based on stakeholder feedback.
• Strong planning skills, ability to define a technical roadmap for the organization that balances business results with building a platform that can be expanded up in the future.
• Proven track record of frequent delivery of incremental value.
• Comfort with product experimentation and failing fast to learn quickly.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Strong desire for personal growth and continuous learning.
