Responsibilities:

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience or one of the following: PhD or Law + 1 year; Master’s + 0-3 years; Associate’s degree + 1-3 years; High School Diploma/GED + 3-5 years.
- Proven ability to write robust code in Java with Spring Boot/Webflux.
- Experience with microservice architecture, domain-driven design, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience in distributed/cloud-based environments (AWS) with high transaction volumes.
- Proficiency in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns.
- Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, and automated integration tests.
- Working knowledge of Scrum and agile principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies.
- Experience with containerization technologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
