The purpose of this team is to manage the mobile properties, specifically working on the company’s app on mobile. They are currently undergoing a transformation to align with new gaming and functionalities, and they are also working on normalizing how experiences are built within the app. The team focuses on both infrastructure investments and feature development, aiming to maintain engineering excellence while building new features.

Key projects:

• This role will contribute to evolving the mobile app to integrate functionalities and align with new gaming policies and features.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings (standups, teams, 1:1s), 20% collaboration (meeting with design/architecture), 60% typing/coding/building the solutions/debugging/testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help team implement UI/UX features for the mobile app
• Maintain and improve the quality of the app and related infrastructure
• Manage bugs by reproducing, diagnosing, fixing, resolving and following up with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 3+ years' experience required
• Native Mobile development experience on Android or iOS, both are preferred but not a requirement
• Proficiency with JavaScript, though TypeScript is preferred
• React or React Native experience
• Familiarity with tools such as Node/NPM/Git
• Open collaboration, curious learner and growth mindset

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.52 to $62.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
