Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator, who will support our Global Supply Chain function by assisting with project management and data analysis initiatives. 

Key Accountabilities:  

• Project Management & Sourcing:  Work with Global Supply Base to find best cost solution. Lead discussions with supplier on customer needs and ensure project requirements are clearly understood by the supplier for proper quoting. Ensure Berlin Sales Rep fully understands supplier pricing, capabilities and timing. Format quote and add freight for final cost analysis. Help facilitate sample requests as well as pre-production sample process.
• Data Management:  Assist with various data gathering and analysis needs that arise.  This may include industry developments that may affect lead times and cost, problem solving (trouble shooting) with claims and invoice issues.
• Sourcing and negotiating:  Continually engage in sourcing and negotiating activities to determine the most cost effective and reliable source of goods.
• Subject Matter Expert:  Is a resource to the branches for Global Sourcing initiatives and best practices.
• Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and driving profitable results.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

•  Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline required or equivalent experience required  
•    2 years of related sourcing and/or supply chain experience required
•    Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills 
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office
•    Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
•    Self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems 
•    A strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
