The Senior Financial Analyst will work in the Corporate Finance and COE Analytics group and provide analytical support and financial modeling of strategic initiatives including potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures as necessary and execution support over these projects. This position will involve potential global travel on short notice.
What will you do?
Run valuation analysis for M&A and business development projects using various methodologies;
Run financial analysis and trade-offs to support leadership on strategic decisions;
Lead and/or support the execution of business development projects, including M&A, from early development until deal signing;
Support in Mosaic’s Strategy development process with detailed analysis and thought leadership
Partner with Analytics team on financial assessment on internal projects opportunities;
Support post signing stage of M&A projects
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor's degree required with major in Finance, Business or Engineering
5+ years of business development, M&A, corporate finance, financial analysis experience
Strong working knowledge on valuation modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and network
Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization
Ability to work well in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
