Job Description:

As a Contingent Workforce Specialist, youll play a crucial role in managing the clients contingent workforce program, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and collaborating with various teams to support their global operations. Location: Redwood City, 3 days/week
Duration: 9 months to start
Estimated Pay: $25-42 per hour, based on applicable experience
Start Date: April 7th
Key Responsibilities:
- VNDLY and Workday Systems Management:
- Conduct audits to correct discrepancies
- Coordinate with the Assignment Manager/Employer/CW on various tasks
- Troubleshoot issues and process adjustments in VNDLY and Workday
- Documentation:
- Update CW program SOP, Workday Process Guide, and internal team tracker
- Manage calendar invites for monthly invoice run
- CW Onboarding Process:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new CW hires
- Facilitate CW Orientation and support intake calls
- Transition workers between employers and support CE to FTE conversions
- Partnership with IT:
- Coordinate equipment onboarding/offboarding requests
- Handle international requests
- Event Support:
- Assist with annual all-hands events
Experience:
- 3-5 years in HR, operations, project management, or a related field
- Preferred: 1+ year experience focused in contingent labor
- Nice to have: Experience with Workday, HRIS, and VMS
