Hive/Workamajig (Scrum Manager)

This is a fully remote, freelance, project-based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Review client's current use of Workamajig and consult on best practices as they migrate to Hive. Consult on Hive functionality and make recommendations on how to use Hive for marketing projects including templates, reporting, and general functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar project management role.
• Strong knowledge of Hive and Workamajig software.
• Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
• Experience in software migration projects is a plus.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
