Regulatory Affairs Specialist (IP) (El Monte, CA). Prov. reports & anlytcs for IP attys regularly, focusing on trends, stats., & other relevant data rel. to productivity, volume, processing times, & client serv; Resp. for supp. the IP attys/agents & prof. staff. Prov. guidance, mentoring, & training to dvlp & retain top talent; Perf. registered IP diligence, incl. ownership, security interests, chain of title analysis, oppositions, & similar iss; Prep & file doc. w/ USPTO, USCO, CNIPA, NCA, & WIPO, incl. asgmt. agreements, change of name filings, & security interests; Anlyz questions regarding the registration & prosecution process for copyrights, trademarks, & patents; Conduct legal research as needed under the supervision of IPT attys. $74,464.00/yr.
