Sales, Service Sales Specialist- Enterprise Informatics (Midwest)Job Description
As the Service Sales Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing a strategic and tactical territory plan to maintain and grow the informatics service agreement business in your assigned territory.
Your role:
- Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities, external trends, market insights on industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Service Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth and capitalization of Renewal, and Point Of Sale service agreements as well as conversion of T&M customers across full Philips Enterprise Informatics solutions portfolio
- Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and 5 behaviors Key performance indicators: 1) Year over year revenue growth / Share of wallet per customer, 2) Success rate for contract renewals, 3) Lead generation for sales opportunities, 4) Service Agreement / OIT (Growth), and 5) Sales funnel health (% Forecast Accuracy on sales)
- Establish and continually refine territory growth plans and strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on expanding service partnership across installed solutions and securing future revenue growth
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
- Your skills include a fundamental understanding of diagnostic imaging and clinical informatics solutions and an understanding of service delivery for mission critical clinical and IT SW/HW solutions
- Healthcare focused SaaS sales experience and prior service agreement sales in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred
- You have the ability to travel overnight up to 25%
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $162,250 to $192,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
