Real Estate Sales (Mid Level)
McLean, VA
Pay: $50,000 plus commission
MUST:
Experienced Sales Professional with 5-7 years experience in Real Estate Development/Project Management , possess a multi-disciplinary skill set and the ability to effectively prospect and attract investors to participate in the development and construction projects in multi-family real estate.
Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated success in selling real estate projects to investors
Knowledge of relevant and immediate sales contacts preferred
Must be comfortable presenting complete solutions in groups settings
Track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of prospects at different stages of the sales process
Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
DUTIES:
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales
Responsible for new business development via client outreach including cold calls e-mails, follow-ups, meetings and attendance at industry events
Preparing daily responses and follow-up with prospects
Preparing Presentations and Pitch Deck
Excellent Oral and Written skills
Advising clients (Buyers, Sellers, and Investors) in achieving their investment real estate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions and dispositions
Preparing financial analyses of clients' properties, market comparable data and research (Pro-Forma)
Researching the local real estate market and staying up-to-date on industry trends
Sales and Marketing Activities - exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals
Negotiating exclusive buyer and seller agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and various other Agreements
Hosting Webinars, and in-person seminars
Social Media Campaigns
