Because we are looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager!
What does the ROLE entail?
- Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the hotel food and beverage outlets including the Bar, Restaurant, and Coffee Bar
- Support, motivate, and coach a team of more than 10 colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service standards and procedures
- Ensure excellent guest service, including service recovery
- Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
- Liaison between our culinary team and front of house operations
- Ensure all operations are done per policies and procedures

Your EXPERIENCE:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management or equivalent, hotel or large facility background preferred.
- Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks, projects and responsibilities
- Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
- Must be available to work first and second shift, including weekends and holidays
