The Downtown Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its Real Estate & Land Use Department.

Salary: $250,000 - $345,000

• Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years commercial real estate finance experience in sophisticated law firm setting. 
• The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions in affordable housing matters. 
• Experience agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.   
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
• Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
• CA Bar is required.
