As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing QC support for manufacturing & assembly organizations by gathering and inspecting of material tests certification from our vendors of required products.
- Supporting the direct Channel Partner and End User's with required documentation as requested.
- Leading the QC documentation processes and initiate continuous improvements as needed.
- Uploading all the Product Quality Records into the company repository for future customer download and use.
- Compiling document packages with test report and material test reports, for Commercial & Nuclear Control & Safety Relief valves.
- Reviewing inspection test plans for valves and review and compile documents accordingly.
- Supporting the QC teams with inspections & non conformances as found.
- Supporting the Global Standardization for Product Quality documentation
- Supporting the Quality organization with any coordination & administration duties
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a school diploma or equivalent
- Have 2 Years experience in an Administrative/Coordinator role
- Have 2 Years experience in valve documentation and quality control environment
