Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience within Business, IT, or an equivalent
- At least 3 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles. Project management professional certification preferred (PMP)
- Proven experience delivering large complex programs across multiple teams
- Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
- Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
- Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of building program plans and dashboards in Jira
- Proven experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies and working with both scrum and kanban teams
Responsibilities:
As a Sr Program Manager, you will focus on the planning and delivery of a strategic initiative.
- You will partner with multiple leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives.
- You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage a complex program with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Develop and execute a detailed program plan, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
- Provide bi-weekly status reports to all stakeholders as well as present updates, risks, achievements to senior leadership monthly
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.997 to $73.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
