Job Description:
Job Title: Network Program Manager
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale network and data center projects from conception to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to ensure effective project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
- Develop and implement project governance structures, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure effective use of resources and minimize waste.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in network and data center project management, with a strong technical background in networking, data centers, or related fields.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale network and data center projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of network and data center architectures, protocols, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
