  • Work closely with and represent design’s point of view across a cross-functional team composed of designers, product managers, and engineers to enrich UX practices in the studio.

  • Drive iterative design processes and activities to ensure world-class outcomes happen quickly.

  • Socialize, initiate, and drive the processes, collaborations, negotiations, and delivery of our experiences.

  • Proactively lean in to share design knowledge and expertise with other team members within design and across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Strong portfolio of cutting-edge design that proves not only solid design skills but forward-thinking solutions

  • Passionate design thinker and craftsperson

  • Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques in a multidisciplinary design environment.

  • Understand the latest development tools, technologies, and processes and best use them depending on project needs.

  • Proficient skills in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping

  • Recognized leadership skills and strong ability to lead by influence. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams.

  • The best candidates will be curious, insightful, collaborative, and creative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Principal UX Designer is an expert who understands the big picture and anticipates the needs and challenges of the team.

  • An independent leader with ample experience determining design objectives and approaches.

  • An effective communicator that can expand across design and key stakeholders.

  • Comfortable in ambiguous territory where design hasn’t historically been.
