  • Embrace change, while identifying opportunities to provide clear, informed direction

  • Process oriented with the ability (and patience) to effectively train teams of various skill levels and understanding
  • Strong ability to work independently with wide latitude for unreviewed action & autonomous decision making
  • Champion the importance of organized information and consistency
  • Strong communication skills for distilling and sharing information (written and orally)

  • Effective understanding of key Autodesk design delivery products: Revit, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, as well as complimentary products such as Bluebeam, PowerPoint and Smartsheet
  • This role may require quarterly travel

Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.

  • Lead change management systems to inform current design thinking across all divisions
  • Maintain clear restaurant design deliverable workflow instruction and design guidelines
  • Participate in evaluation of regional design partners' capabilities
