Podcast Producer

Position Overview
The Podcast Producer will manage the production of engaging and high-quality podcast episodes from concept to release. This role is 40 hours/week starting in December or January. Must be able to come onsite to the San Francisco and Menlo Park studios for podcast recordings (at least 1-2 times per week, may vary depending on schedule).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall production process of podcast episodes
• Coordinate scheduling with hosts, guests, and team members
• Ensure high-quality sound engineering for all recordings using existing studio equipment
• Maintain strong client relations by understanding their needs and expectations
• Assist in the editing and post-production of audio and video content
• Able to come onsite to San Francisco and Menlo Park locations for podcast recordings; at least 1 - 2x/week

Qualifications

• 5+ years in podcast production or a related field
• Expertise in Riverside (a must!) and Simplecast
• Strong client relations skills and able to troubleshoot calmly
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and project management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with video content creation is a plus!
• Basic content creation skills are a nice to have
