Our client is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Architectural Project Manager.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee planning and development of a wide range of projects across the North American building portfolio. This can range from small renovation projects to substantial new campus expansions or buildings.
Reporting to the Architectural Planning Manager, the person in this role will program, plan and set design direction for projects to be implemented. Our planning process includes collaborating with outside AE partners as well as working internally to develop cost estimates and schedules.
Responsibilites:
- Develop projects for new construction and renovation projects across North America
- Direct outside design firms to support your work in compliance with codes and internal standards
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate and project schedules
- Lead broad base of internal stakeholders with your customer for comprehensive project planning development
- Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Occasionally/commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in architectural position with strong interior experience
- Professional Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating project range, design skills and your individual contribution to the work shown
- Architectural license in any State and NCARB certificate preferred
- Demonstration of strong design and planning skills as well as knowledge of current design trends
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and graphic
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with MS Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel;MS Project, AutoDesk and Adobe products available
- Experience leading teams and strong knowledge of construction delivery methods and planning
- Ability to travel up to 15% at times (including international travel)

- LEED, WELL or other relevant credentials
- Position is very computer-focused; Softwares used daily include Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Project, One Note and BlueBeam Revu
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
