The Partner Marketing Specialist will play an important role in managing partnerships that drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and revenue for the Shutterfly brands. She/he will manage the day-to-day relationships with brand partners, develop marketing plans, launch partnership campaigns, analyze results and report on performance. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Business Development, Creative, Promotions, Growth Analytics, Finance and Accounting. Responsibilities- Develop marketing and promotional plans with assigned partners and create quarterly forecasts at the campaign and partner level.
- Execute partner campaigns from brief to deployment, including project management, overseeing creative development and campaign testing.
- Write cohesive and organized creative briefs and lead creative kick-off meetings.
- Monitor active partner campaigns and provide weekly update on performance and budget pacing to management team.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with partners through regular calls and business reviews.
- Work with partners to understand business objectives, customer experience, review campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze campaign results, develop insights, and share learnings in quarterly post-mortem meetings with key cross-functional teams.
- Manage budget including opening purchase orders and assisting Accounting with the monthly close.

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant consumer marketing role including partner marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Drives for results with a sense of urgency.
- Self-starter with the ability to problem solve and navigate through ambiguity.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of creative development for email, print, landing page and/or mobile marketing.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Experience with basic forecasting models.
- Experience calculating KPI's, including conversion rates, LTV, CAC, ROI, ROAS.
- Excellent analytical skills; able to glean insights from data.
