We are seeking Master's and MBA students majoring in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or a related field for two 12-Week Student Intern roles to be working in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.
Position Duties:
This role has two separate headcount for the descriptions listed below.
Future of CRM & AI Workstream:
Contribute to support the design of NextGen CRM capabilities, focusing on how AI can enable insights and engagement strategies within oncology.
Work with the team/key stakeholders in identifying user needs and mapping CRM workflows.
Conduct analyses to improve customer engagements and GenAI insights initiatives.
Future of Web Channel Strategy:
Support in shaping the web channel strategy for various brands within AstraZeneca's oncology business by mapping user journeys and analyzing performance metrics to enhance digital experiences.
Contribute to the evolution of web strategy product, focusing on the design system and innovation tools.
Position Requirements:
Master's and MBA students majoring in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
Strong digital product development skills and UI/UX and customer need assessment skills required.
Experience delivering digital products is highly preferred.
Knowledge of GenAI driven insights and automation is required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD for 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0
