Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: $61,000 - $76,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: To support and enhance marketing initiatives by overseeing global event planning, developing effective communication strategies, and delivering comprehensive reporting. Aiming to drive brand visibility, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and engagement across all markets.
Responsibilities:
- Global Events: Identify, conceptualize and oversee all Internal global event planning and logistics activities.
- Coordinate all event marketing activities including website and asset creation, marketing communications, e-mail invitation list development, registration, product ordering, host site facilitation, scheduling and guest communication.
- Titleist University Globalization: overseeing the localization of all golf ball courses, ensuring they are adapted for global markets and can be translated efficiently.
- This role requires coordination to ensure that localized versions are ready for launch alongside the US release, maintaining consistency and quality across all markets.
- Marketing Budget Alignment: Review strategic plans, business plans and historical expense performance and alert manager to any data that is questionable.
- Learn to conduct analysis of plans to ensure that Mid-months and Forecasts are accurate.
- Manage the creation, administration, and processing of marketing material purchase orders and invoices, ensuring strategic alignment across product management and retail execution.
- Mange the reporting of invoices and POs to ensure accurate budget alignment.
- Global Communications Alignment: In partnership with the International SVP, manage, communicate, and distribute the Acushnet International dashboard.
- Oversee the communication of key international dates to facilitate global scheduling and travel planning.
- Maintain and communicate departmental budget tracking and golf ball air shipment reports.
- Golf Ball Ambassador Program Analysis: Coordination of golf ball ambassador program which includes creating reports and analyzing ambassador engagement, managing the reporting of Titleist University and Sales data by Sales rep and the day-to-day shipping administration and documentation associated with partner ambassadors supporting the golf ball business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of six years’ experience in similar role.
- A minimum of two years' experience in event planning, budget management, project management, and data analysis.
- Possess negotiation and project management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills to include public speaking/presentation skills.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
