Marketing Manager III (2 SUBS)
Preferably Hybrid in New York but open to remote!
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager III to lead our marketing initiatives for two subsidiaries. This role will be crucial in developing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, and driving brand awareness to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for two subsidiaries to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Compile performance reports (open, click, conversion rates) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Maintain weekly email campaigns (Pardot, Space) by building, scheduling, and testing sends
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Product) to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
- Lead the planning and execution of webinars (quarterly), including speaker coordination and followups.
- Facilitate logistics for upcoming events ensuring all deliverables including content are ready.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices and campaign management.
- Basic proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
