Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team and work onsite at their office in Kansas City. 

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with the communications team to create compelling messaging across all channels.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in account management and digital strategy is a plus.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred
