Beauty/skincare client is seeking a Marketing Manager focused on their International Markets to join their team full-time. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in Long Beach.
The ideal candidate has skincare experience and is familiar with developing and overseeing international marketing initiatives that drive business growth and brand recognition. Bilingual high preferred.
MUST HAVES:
-Skincare experience REQUIRED
-Bachelor's Degree
-5+ years of relevant marketing and business development experience
-Demonstrated success operating in the global marketplace with an elevated sensitivity to cultural differences and nuances
-Knowledge of Sugar CRM, Wrike, Google Suite, MS Office and Box
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Design, implement, and manage full 360 degree marketing campaigns across growing international markets (MENA and Europe) with an emphasis on international adaptation, localization, and execution of global brand strategy
-Create comprehensive and market specific strategies that align with market-specific cultural differences, consumer behaviors, and current trends
-Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to continuously revise and improve market developments
-Support relevant teams for all new product launches including: briefing, planning, trade & promotional strategies, local market initiatives, pricing, logistics, etc.
-Conduct regular business analysis inclusive of monthly retail reporting, sell-in and sell-out, new launches, business makeup, distribution reports, pricing, ad hoc reporting, etc.
-Support C-Suite Executives in preparation for any key milestones: 3-Year Strategic Note, Zone Summits, Drive Meetings, etc.
-Additional duties as assigned

-Additional language fluency highly preferred (Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian, etc)
