Our well-known telecommunications client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager with a passion for creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) and marketing initiatives.
This is a 40hr / week, hybrid role that requires going onsite 3-4 days a week in Philly.
Experience using Adobe Campaign Classic is a MUST for this role!
Marketing Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
- Support AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) and marketing initiatives by building multi-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Work across multiple teams and various stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, build journeys, monitor results, and continuously optimizing campaigns
- Serve as a resource for campaign operations build functions and data accuracy
- Using Adobe Campaign Classic, develop workflows that support trigger-based marketing campaigns and ad-hoc campaigns as needed in support of fast-moving AI/ML driven initiatives
- Partner closely with analytics/reporting, testing, and marketing teams to drive performance of all marketing campaigns
- Leverage knowledge of segmentation, testing, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to improve campaign performance and optimize results
Marketing Campaign Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic/AJO or a comparable marketing automation platform is a must!
- 2+ years of experience building end-to-end CRM campaigns including multi-touch email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with or understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing cross-channel customer and prospect journeys
- Must be approachable and a strong team player
