Partner with the best
As a Manufacturing Associate, you are responsible for performing component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring, and mechanical assemblies. In addition, you will be mounting and soldering components, wiring harnesses, connectors and mechanical assemblies.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Applying settings, calibrating and maintaining assembly tools.
- Identifying and reading values of common electronic components to verify parts required
- Performing high and low level temperature soldering to ensure attention to detail
- Assembling components per assembly drawings & bill of material
- Performing functional testing on assemblies per customer and/or division criteria.
- Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering standards.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be in possession of a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with 6+ months related experience
- Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn
- Have ability to operate material moving equipment.
- Have a good understanding how to operate basic hand tools and power tools needed for assembly
- Be a team player and capable of working well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures

Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
