Solutions Architect Lead
REMOTE
Pay From: $140,000 per year
MUST:
Experienced Solutions Architect Lead
10+ years of experience required
Experience modernizing applications and providing proposal and implmentation support
Extensive experience in developing technical approaches for government RFPs, leading teams through Agile management methodologies, and delivering successful custom software solutions in a government contracting environment.
Hands-on technical expertise in: Custom software development, AI/ML integration with software applications, Cloud migrations and cloud-native development, and DevSecOps and automated testing
Experience leading the technical approach for government RFPs, including coding challenges, prototypes, and solution development.
This person needs to be hands on technical, a full stack development subject matter expert.
This person needs to have prior experience with government proposals
This person will play an important part of our leadership team therefore they must have strong leadership skills
Bachelor s Degree in a STEM field or related area
DUTIES:
Support the development of go-to-market strategy and marketing collateral for software development practice.
Lead pre-sales solution architecture for software development pursuits, collaborating with the Growth Team to create compelling solutions for federal customers.
Manage the development of the Technical Approach Volume for government proposals, including creating Concept of Operations (ConOps) diagrams, solution narratives, and compliance matrices.
Lead technical teams for coding challenges and rapid prototypes as part of government RFPs and internal product development.
Work with internal teams to refine and finalize the technical volume, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide strategic leadership to the software development projects, focusing on custom software development, low-code development, and application migration to the cloud.
Oversee the integration of AI/ML capabilities into software applications, driving modernization for government clients.
Implement and promote DevSecOps best practices, including automated build, testing, and deployment across the organization.
Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance internal operations, improve team efficiencies, and optimize software development processes.
Attend client meetings and serve as the technical lead during project scoping and sales discussions, offering solution prototypes to help secure new business.
Create demos and develop prototypes aligned with client needs, showcasing software development capabilities.
Stay current on software development trends, government procurement practices, and emerging technologies (AI/ML integration, cloud-native applications, low-code development).
