Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the TAN Sales desk
• Review and report on data from Salesforce CRM
• Provide virtual training to sales representatives; assist in creating presentations
• Represent Distribution during the implementation of sales, marketing, and product initiatives
• Assist in the review and approval of marketing material updates and field communications
• Work with the Software team on illustration software updates and issues
• Work with the Product Marketing team to request and obtain material updates
• Handle escalated issues as needed
• Coach and mentor staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
• Seven years of insurance industry experience
• Five years of sales desk experience
• Life/Health license
• Training experience, preferably in a virtual environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Proficiency using MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 & 63
• Supervisory/management experience

Working Conditions

• Remote environment
• Moderate travel

Compensation

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $85-100k. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

This position is also currently eligible for sales and/or performance incentives. Specifics will be reflected in individual incentive plan documents. The commission are variable paid monthly based on applicable sales incentive plan (s).
