Position Overview
Location Requirement:Candidates must reside in either Nevada (Las Vegas area preferred) or Colorado (Phoenix area preferred).
The Manager of Field People Support is a key member of the Regional Field People Support Team. This position supports Texas Roadhouse Market Partners, Regional Market Partners, Managing Partners and Regional People Partner Directors with their HR needs such as recruitment, selection, employee relations, education, analysis of HR metrics/processes and other related work.
Responsibilities
- Establishes strong working partnerships with Market Partners, Managing Partners and Support Center teams to promote and support a culture of respect
- Serve as Human Resources advisor for Market Partners, Managing Partners and management teams
- Assists with updates to staffing and people related reporting
- Interviews and assesses prospective management candidates
- Compiles interview data, assessments and background checks and consults with individual Market Partners and/or Managing Partners regarding each candidate
- Compiles analytics for region; staffing, turnover, unemployment
- Manage and lead PRIDE/ePRIDE training in partnership with the Field Support Generalist team
- Maintains communication with all markets on all human resource related matters
- Conducts, assists, or advises HR related investigations as needed
- Consult and advise Operators on employee relations issues and adherence to employment law policies and guidelines
- May represent organization at employee-related hearings and investigations
- Conducts education and training of Region-specific human resources objectives
- Provides consultative guidance, training and coaching to operators on employee relations, compliance, policies, and processes
- Stays abreast of changes in human resource related federal, state, and local laws and statutes
- Promptly reports any compliance related concerns to senior Legendary People management team, Regional Market Partners and Market Partners and works through appropriate resolution
- Partner with Regional People Partner to provide ongoing training and development to Field People Generalist
- Provide back-up support to Regional People Partner and Field People Generalist

Qualifications
- Education-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Training and Development. Extensive experience in human resources or management may be considered in lieu of the education requirements.
- Experience- Minimum 4 years Human Resource management experience to include programs such as recruitment, employee relations, human resource support to operations, training, or compliance.
- At the Senior Manager Field People Support level in addition to the experience above, a minimum of 6 years of progressive human resource management experience. At the senior level, this person has the ability to operate more independently and can handle more complex issues.
- Computer Skills-Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Certificates & Licenses- Professional in Human Resources or comparable HR certification preferred.
