About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Product Managers for the Core Receivables Product team.
The Lead Product Managers will be part of the Receivables Product team and will help lead and define product strategy to drive the Receivables Product roadmap. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Payments product management experience within banking or financial services
- Receivables Product
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking, Treasury Management / Global Payments & Liquidity,
- Requirements gathering & analysis experience
- Experience driving a multi-year roadmap
- Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investments
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization working with multiple internal teams
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
- Experience with Banking or Financial Services industry and vendor/provider ecosystem

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00Benefits
