Real Estate company is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a remote, 6 month freelance opportunity.
If local to Orange County, you have the option to collaborate with the in office team; however, if you are remote, you must be able to work PST hours.
In this role, you will be working as a part of a team designers including a lead to create marketing components for a large investment brokerage team.
The ideal candidate will have real estate experience and experience within marketing.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Creating marketing material, infusing creativity into base templates
- Crafting presentation materials
- Designing elements such as book of values, tour books, etc.
- Responsible for the layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork
To be considered, you must have/be:
- 2+ years experience within a similar role
- Strong skills in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Basic project management, editing and writing skills
- Ability to effectively present information
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
