As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be accountable for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products, meeting customer demands, and optimizing operational performance. Your leadership skills will be key in driving a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and empowering your team to achieve their goals.
You will report directly to our Title and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Onsite work schedule for Second Shift from 2 PM - 11 PM.
In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering products that meet the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee and manage the production operations, ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products
* Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet customer demands
* Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and productivity
* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, empowering employees to achieve their goals
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a related role
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
* Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing ethics and continuous improvement methodologies
