Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and Internal Communications Creative Intern  to join our HR team. 

This role will be instrumental in developing visually engaging multimedia content for internal communications, creating graphics, video and other digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content media and will assist in developing and executing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design internal communication materials and assets using Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Develop content for internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, SharePoint, etc.) and Associate events.
• Collaborate with HR team members and contribute fresh ideas for content that aligns with company values and priorities.
• Develop small-scale video assets for HR and culture initiatives.
• Design employer branding assets to effectively communicate the company’s values and culture to current and prospective employees. 
• Champion our brand by applying brand standards, typography, photography, and other design elements appropriately.
• Assist with other communication related tasks as needed.

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator 
• Strong preference for a candidate with previous photography experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in internal communications or content media is a plus.
